Yes. A website on its own is $1,800 (up to 5 pages) or $2,900 (up to 10 pages), with optional care at $79 or $149 a month. The AI phone agent on its own is $400 setup + $199/mo (Answer) or $600 setup + $299/mo (Answer & Book), and it works with the website you already have.
Yes. Quick Fix ($395) handles up to 3 specific problems. Tune-Up ($895) speeds up the site and cleans up the search basics. Full Refresh ($1,750) gives it a new design and keeps your content and page addresses. If you sign up for a bundle within 30 days, we credit what you paid for the fix. You add us as a user on your website platform; we never ask for passwords or payment details by email or chat.
Yes. The greeting says it's an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. Massachusetts requires every party's consent to record a call, so we build that in. Callers can always leave a message or, for emergencies, be transferred to you.
Yes. In most setups your number stays the same. Calls you don't pick up, or calls after hours, forward to your AI front desk. We confirm the details with your phone carrier during setup.
You choose the emergency words, like "no heat," "burst pipe" or "sparking." When a caller uses one, the agent transfers the call to your cell or alerts you right away, based on the rules you set.
No. The AI agent only answers incoming calls. Missed-call text-back only replies to someone who just called you.
Only the bundles have one. Most of the work happens up front: building the site and setting up and testing your call flows. Six months lets that work pay off. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice. Website only, fixes and care plans have no minimum term.
Extra minutes are $0.25 each ($0.20 on Premium). Your monthly summary shows how many minutes you used, so there are no surprises.
You do. You own your domain, your content and your site files. If you cancel after the minimum term, we hand everything over and help move your domain.
